Meet Megan! As the Closing Manager & Property Manager at RiverWILD Real Estate, Megan wears many hats to ensure a smooth and successful real estate experience for all parties involved. Megan excels in guiding buyers and their agents seamlessly to the closing table while also overseeing the management of our properties with meticulous attention to detail.

In her role as Property Manager, Megan is responsible for maintaining the quality and functionality of our properties, ensuring that they meet the highest standards for our residents. From addressing maintenance requests promptly to managing tenant relations and lease agreements, Megan ensures that our properties are not just houses, but homes where residents feel comfortable and cared for.

Joining the RiverWILD Real Estate Team in April 2017, Megan embarked on this journey thanks to the encouragement of her close friend, Jaclyn. Transitioning from the insurance sector, Megan's prior experience has proven instrumental in aiding RiverWILD Real Estate clients in achieving successful transactions. Integral to the team's dynamic, Megan has significantly contributed to shaping the company's ethos and achievements.

Her most cherished aspect of the job? Connecting with diverse individuals and guiding them through the exhilarating journey of home acquisition and ensuring that our properties provide a comfortable and enjoyable living experience for our residents.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Megan finds joy in activities such as Peloton, culinary adventures in baking and cooking, and cherishing moments with her loved ones.

Her favorite part of her job? Meeting so many wonderful people and helping them along the journey of buying their home!

When she's not busy assisting her team and helping her clients, Megan enjoys doing Crossfit, baking and cooking, and spending time with her family.
